Purchased said pelican kayak from said website. Received PayPal receipt. Never received product. Contacted through email and was told product had to pass through US customs. Never received. Contacted PayPal and they denied claim saying they was given a tracking number and product was delivered. Advised them that said kayak never was delivered but still got denied. This so called email/website from others after research states it is a fraud. PayPal isn’t much better allowing folks to be taken with just a number that is supposedly a tracking number
