A local number will call and say a family member or someone you know is being served with legal documents. They try to get info from you regarding this person and about yourself. Will say they owe money and are you going to pay the debt. They also will say to call 833-883-2830 and give them the " reference number for the case". When you call this number it's always a different person and they never answer stating the company name. When you ask questions, they hang up on you. They ask phishing questions regarding yourself and the person that "owes" the debt. They claim they have legal documents and need to know when the person will be home to sign for them. Today when they called, I told them I was aware that it was a spam and to stop calling. The response was we will call every day and laughed. PLease dont fall for this spam. My poor older father was so worried when they called him.
