I saw a billboard off of the Scranton expressway near the providence ext & main st ext. Billboard claimed that help disabled individuals fixing their homes to meet their needs. I reached out about a bathroom and needing a ramp for my bf who is wheelchair bound. Brian Neiss came out to my home, room measurements of the area and stated they would be helping us at no cost to us. This was in August, and we had some contact in September with Brian, then he's avoiding my calls. And now his number is disconnected and the# on the site was changed but noticed they are requesting donation and have a go fund me page. And I'm concerned they are scamming people out of donations without providing the service they claim.
