I’m not sure how this could be, but every item is “free shipping”, no matter the size. My daughter tried to buy a surf board for $99. Apparently her friends bought one a few weeks ago although theirs has not arrived yet. I just wanted to make sure it’s not bogus. That’s insanely cheap for a board and they usually do not ship free. I don’t want anyone to get ripped off if this is a scam. If it is not, my sincere apologies for not believing in what seems too good to be true. I stopped it at the pay screen because it looks completely phony to this mom!! Thank you for investigating.

I searched for an item and found it on this website (www.grindopscoffeeco.us) for cheap so I proceeded to buy it and pay through PayPal thinking that the purchase would be secured if something went wrong. I went through the information on PayPal and returned to get the final shipping information but that never happened. I then tried to contact the seller by phone and email from their website but nothing worked. I then went to PayPal and started a claim to get my refund. the seller produced a fraudulent shipping/tracking number from the USPS and DHL and showed a received date of just 6 days. I never received the item and PayPal closed the claim stating that I had received all information and dismissed my refund. The amount was only $53.66 for a costume proton pack for my son's Halloween costume but it is still scamming people out of hard-earned money. If it sounds too good to be true or cheaper than it should be then it probably is a scam and you should leave it alone. Please avoid the website above at all costs.

This is most definitely a scam website. I had to jump through hoops to get PayPal to refund me. The phone number on the website does not take calls and the email addresses are fake. After taking my order & payment, they looked up a random address in my zip code (probably used google maps), and mailed an envelope to the random address, thus showing a tracking number “delivered via USPS,” to the random address. Unfortunately, the USPS tracking doesn’t show the actual address delivered, only the zip code. Initially, my fraud claim to PayPal was closed due to the tracking number showing delivered. The only reason PayPal reopened my claim is because I visited my local post office and acquired detailed information on the tracking number, showing a 1 ounce envelope delivered to my local Walmart. BEWARE OF THE WEBSITE. You should visit your local post office to receive detailed information about the tracking number. Like yourself, initially my fraud claim with PayPal was closed due to the tracking showing “item delivered.” Depending on your local Post Office policy, they may not give you detailed data after they discover the shipment went to a different address from yours. Ask for a shift supervisor and the supervisor will provide you their name, email address and phone number to give to PayPal. Unfortunately, you may have to get a human on the phone at PayPal (their chat help feature is a joke. After several separate chats, they responded with the exact same words/terms & repeatedly asked for the post office information). Call their phone number but, ask for the fraud department.
