Same as above. I was suspicious from the start. You cant even get someone on a plane with a bird, and then rental car them to your house for that price... let alone a $800 bird ontop of it. I offered to pay credit card, because credit card companies can trace the receiver and even retrieve the money.
So, I was not surprised that this 'breeder' didn't want credit card. Only these untraceable, unrefundable apps and play cards.
I called him a scammer and he never defended himself.
Sorry for you loss above. But thanks to your complaint, others may be spared.

Found this Grips Feathers Home website and to get information the only way you can do that is fill out request form and someone will contact you. So I did sent the form and after one hour I received text message and email, basically so far everything looked legit and for very low price plus they provide you everything the bird needs for no extra cost (papers,vaccines, big cage, food and toy).
In text msg he sends pictures of himself with all birds that he has for selling, in his email he provided some information and list of questions for you to answer (get to know you better before he agrees to sell you the bird)...
So I answered on all his questions and sent in text msg as he asked to do so.
Finally I made my choice which bird we wanted and ready to make all prosser to pay and receive the pet.
Breeder, his name is Lashown, tells me to make a full payment and only then he will prepare papers, sales agreement and ship out the bird to me.
The payment he accepts through ZELLE OR CASHAPP ony.
So he charged me $700 for a 5 month baby Eclectus + $100 airline shipping.
When I made my payment on ZELLE I had to sent him pic proof of paymet and my information where to send the bird.
I was so surprised how fast the whole process was done with papers, sales agreement and even shipping out the bird for us to receive her in the next morning.
The time was after 9pm when seller told me that the shippers will contact me soon regarding the delivery of my bird and he wanted me to let him know as soon as they do that.
Finally after 1 hour which is after 10pm, I received email from shipping company "Southwest Logistics Forwarding" (3 days ago I already filled the scam case on ths shipping company) asking me to respond by sending email with confirmation on all my information they have is correct.
That's it, everything was done everything is okay and I was resting waiting for my bird to arrive the next morning August 6th (in shipping email the delivery date was provided on the 7th) ...
What happened next I provided everything step by step in my scam case filled on the shipping company Southwest Logistics Forwarding.
Basically after all I never received my bird, lost all together to breeder and shipping company of total: $4,520 ($800 + $3720).....
I am 100% sure that breeder and shippers are same people!!!!!
I had no contact number or address for shipping company, the only way to get to them was email... now, on the 5th the shippers were available late evening and early night.... BUT after that day, the next few days the shippers responded to my emails after late night which was after 1am (very weird for a legit company).... ok, they never responded to me earlier than 1am, then how the breeder was able to get in touch with them a anytime (Big question???)..... 2 times I asked breeder to provide me with phone number for shipping company, which I had a huge ignoring on my requests....
After all I went through with shipping company, all my payments to them, I never received my bird and they stopped responding to any of my emails to them and of course no refunds whatsoever.... I told everyone to breeder and this guy like a superman already spoke to shippers and also he already had his lawyer starting the case and finish it in 24 hours by getting from them the amount of $25.600 which includes all my payments and more...
Today is the 12th and today is the day when lawyer was suppose to be done with case and sending me all my money back....
GUESS WHAT...... I sent text to breeder and I get big huge NOTHING - NO RESPOND - NO MONEY!!!!!
