I ordered two pairs of shoes from Grishay on 5/11/2022. Based on the website, their delivery is 15 days. The delivery made it by 5/27/2022, 16 days, but I found that it shipped from China. They did supply a tracking number, but when clicked, it to me to a very sketchy tracking website that Norton blocked, suggesting that it was a dangerous site.
I opened the shoes and tried them on, they were tiny, and I ordered the size of shoe and sandal I had worn for years. I am pretty sure my feet have not grown. When measuring them with a shoe sizer, they were two sizes smaller than what they were labeled.
The website states a "no questions asked" refund policy as long as the item is in the original packaging and new condition. This was the case with my purchase. So I contacted the only support, an email address asking to return them for a larger size. I received a chain of canned apologies asking me to take a picture of my foot in the shoes. At that point, I decided to ask for return instructions. The response came, as usual, at 3:00 AM with an address informing me that due to high shipping costs, I would have to pay for the shipping return. They did offer to credit me eight dollars toward shipping.
I responded with my honest yet respectful opinion of the business practices and informed whomever that I would be posting my experience. I will absorb the cost of the shoes and donate them to a charity that both my wife and I are active volunteers.
Buyer beware! This is a very dishonest organization and reinforces my skepticism about "no-name" sites. I want to find out how to make Google aware, as I found Grishay as an option on my Google Shopping search.

PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED. STATES MADE IN THE USA, MADE IN CHINA. PRODUCT IS GARBAGE. THEY OFFER PAYPAL AS PAYMENT. I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED A CLAIM WITH THEM AND THEY HAVE REFUNDED ALL MY MONEY.
