We became aware of this website in the US using a name and selling product that they do not have the rights to. Our company, *** *** *** based in PEI have the exclusive rights to sell Grisport safety footwear in North America. The manufacturer, Grisport, Italy confirms that this company is fradulent, they do not have permission to use the Grisport name. One of our colleagues who distributes Grisport products in New Zealand, ordering a pair of boots from the website in question. They

-did not receive the Grisport leather safety boots they ordered, instead they received a pair of cheap, made in China sneakers

- their credit card was charged

-then a number of fradulent charge were made to that same credit card, (Around $900 CAD) and the card had to be cancelled.
