I have been receiving pop-ups on Facebook offering grocery food cards. These seem to be targeted to folks on Medicare and Medicaid and those over 50 years of age. The pop-up doesn't stay on the screen long and asks 'Have you signed up for your free food card? We'll send you to an agent.' To get to an agent you have to click on the pop-up. These cards look like a credit cards and are allegedly being offered by insurance companies and range between $2800 to $3000. They also include 'reviews' from folks who got their cards. They also show photos of people at Walmart and other stores with overflowing shopping carts.
