312-450-7265 Operating as Groomies Club was supposed to drop ship a replacement razor for 23.99 every six weeks. My paypal account was charged but the product has never been received thou they claim it has. They have yet to product a photo or a signature validating this claim. The entire customer service operations appear to be automated, and I have been unable to speak to anyone. I'd like my money back and to put them on noticed.
