Don't order the Dr. Bag

I just received the Dr. Bag in the mail and had to laugh when I saw it. NOTHING like the ad - not the same color, strap is too short and hardware (gold buttons and hooks) are different. It even came mis-shaped and won't stand up. The pictures and reviews on their website are totally false.

Groovily “doctor’s bag” style purse

The bag is supposed to be “finest genuine leather”. It is pleather at best! Looks so cheesy! Photos were misleading. The strap is too short for me and cannot be adjusted any further.
I’ve searched for contact information with no success. And now I learn that they do not accept returns, according to the complaint above!
Stay away from Facebook shopping in general. Too risky.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Groovyly was advertising on Instagram the end of Dec. 2021. It appears they've removed the ad for the doctor's style handbag has since been removed from Instagram. I ordered one of the bags (photo below) that was advertised for $36.99 plus shipping. I received the bag today and was charged $49.99 plus shipping. This appears to be false advertising. I did an online chat with the company today (1/20/22) and was told they would not help me and they do not accept returns. BUYERS BEWARE of this company!
