Grounding is a big thing now. My husband had back surgeries and is still in pain. I thought grounding would help him. I ordered 1 mat when I applied for the discount it increased to 4 mats. He tried a mat for 3 weeks with no results to relieving his pain. I contacted the company through their website for a full refund with the information they ask for. Their policy is full refund within 90 days of purchase and they would get back to me within 24 hours with all the return information. Have had no response from them. I have sent a message to them once or twice a week for the past 4 weeks. It is getting very frustrating they are not following their own policy.
