Company sends newsletters to consumers claiming they can receive a free gift with a $35 purchase. When you try to add said free gift to a $35 purchase, the company states they cannot add the free gift, and that the consumer needs to pay for it if they truly want it. They will not add the advertised free gift no matter how many times you reach out to a costumer representative.
