SUMMARY OF PROMISES MADE AND BROKEN BY GROWTH CAVE
1. Growth Cave Promise #1: October 14, 2023 “Iron clad guarantee of $10k if Growth Cave can’t help you make 10k in 60 days or less”
• Reality December 14, 2023:
o I did not make 10k and no one would discuss a refund with me.
o I requested information on initiating a refund due to my autism being incompatible with Growth Cave’s platform in writing to Growth Cave to no less than 5 different employees on 10/20/23, 10/23/23, 10/28/23, 10/31/2023, 12/4/2023, 12/14/2023, 12/28/2023, and 2/11/2024, and it was never addressed.
o I lost a lot of money, and I lost at least one client of mine who I have known for years by using Growth Cave’s business tactics.

2. Growth Cave Promise #2: October 14, 2023: “We are only accepting a small amount of students” and “We are only accepting 8 students at this time”
• Reality October 18, 2023: There were hundreds of “students” on the Growth Cave platform. Many people were posting that they were confused and didn’t know what was going on, and others posted they were concerned that the way things were set up, they weren’t going to be able to make 10k in 60 days and the clients sounded angry.

3. Growth Cave Promise #3 October 14, 2023: “You will not have to build up a social media following from scratch.”
• Reality October 18, 2023: The first homework assignments and coaching calls instructed me to go on social media and join groups on Facebook, post open-ended questions on Facebook to try to make “beta sales” and making cold sales pitches to people on Facebook.

4. Growth Cave Promise #4 October 14, 2023: “You will not have to waste time with any COMPLICATED TECH”
• Reality October 21, 2023: Growth Cave requires you to use and navigate complicated tech. Growth Cave recommended I Purchase their AI Growth Box artificial intelligence platform for $146.00, which I did.
• I found it to be very complicated, and I was unable to navigate the platform on my own or figure out how to log in for nearly two weeks.

5. Growth Cave Promise #5 October 14, 2023: “You will not have to WASTE TIME with any complicated tech."
• Reality October 25th, 2023: I had wasted no less than 9 days trying to figure out the technology required to participate and be successful in the Growth Cave program (10/25/2023), and it took Growth Cave a week to get back to my messages to help me log into the Artificial Intelligence platform (which I just learned, was not even an AI platform! It was just some kind of spreadsheet funnel or some stupid crap.).

6. Growth Cave Promise #6 October 14th, 2023: ““We will do the hard work for you and will work with you personally every step of the way.”
• Reality October 23, 2023: Getting help in real time or within a timely manner was not available. People who posted they were upset they weren’t getting the help they needed in a timely manner had their posts deleted.
• It took me over a week to get help logging into the technology that I was promised on October 14th that I “wouldn’t have to waste time with”.
• When I would attempt to reach out for help, it would take 3-4 days to get questions answered.
• Reality October 18, 2023: There were hundreds of students in the portal, not just “a small number of people” as falsely advertised.

7. Growth Cave Promise #7 October 14, 2023: “We will help you build your business and repair your credit and help you apply for a 0% interest rate business loan.”
• Reality December 2024: I lost a long-term client by using Growth Cave’s business strategy and had to refund the one sale I made. I lost money and clients.
• Reality February 14th-March 3, 2024: Growth Cave attempted to make unauthorized charges on my Synchrony Bank Venmo Visa, and my social security and personal information is visible on a public spreadsheet at AirTable via Growth Cave’s business partner, Buffalo Bridge Capital.
Reality: Buffalo Bridge exposed people's personal information on a public spreadsheet.
I found Growth Cave to be a very low-level, unprofessional beta coaching program. It was not the professional AI marketing strategy I believed I was buying.
I already HAVE an executive functioning coach with a history of FCC-compliant marketing.
If I had any knowledge prior to joining that Growth Cave was merely a “coaching program”, I would have NEVER bought it, because I already HAVE a coach.

I wanted help making a YouTube video for a class created around a book I wrote.

Not only was that not what I was given, I was told by my Growth Cave coach NOT to mention my book in my sales pitches! Which made me absolutely furious!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They keep changing the name of their company, they keep changing their business address. They will cause you more grief than would be worth any money they can help you make! They will probably end up in prison soon fire wire fraud and multiple FTC violations.

Don't Waste Your Money! This company has no business ethics.

I have had several business coaches in recent years but this is the most I have spent because I believed the promises.

This program has by far the worst service delivery I have experienced from any coaching program. It can take days up to a week to get a response from a coach or from copywriting. They have changed their customer service procedures several times with NO communication to participants. Right now I can't access any previous or existing messages with my coach.

I paid a staggering $7,000 hoping for the promised transformational journey, but from the moment Growth Cave charged my account and took my money, I have experienced nothing but disappointment and broken promises.

What has happened in the time since could only be described as an abject failure by the Growth Cave team to fulfill upon the results, services, and content listed in our signed Agreement.

Where is my done-for-you ads system?
Where is my automated client acquisition system?
Where is my scale-ready offer?
Where is my one-on-one “coaching”?
WHERE IS MY $10,000 REVENUE?

I paid Growth Cave for these results and contents, along with expert one-on-one guidance from my coach.

I am now onto my 7th coach, none of whom were ever introduced to me. At no point did I receive any communication that a coach had left the company. but SEVEN? The high failure rate of this company being able to retain their own coaches is a big red flag on its own.

I have hit roadblock after roadblock delaying my ability to be successful & keep motivated. The betrayal cut deeper when after working with senior coaches for months I was told I had to “go back” to module 2 & do organic FB group marketing & would not be running ads (despite already finding a winning ad!?). The notion of scavenging for prospects in Facebook groups - a tactic notorious to ANYONE with seasoned marketing experience for being a one-way ticket to account restriction - was never part of the deal. I would have run a mile if my very astute closer had mentioned this.

Yet here I am, left to fend for myself in the wilderness of social media, while the 'done-for-you' ads system and the rest of the revenue-generating content that I was promised remains off-limits to me (unless I sign a legal document absolving GC of any responsibility in the face of failure. huh? Why?)

I have raised my concerns along the way but my emails have been ignored having sent to multiple people in the business (Lucas, Jordan, Mason). I have posted in GC & my posts were removed.

Lucas, you need to turn your ads off & focus on delivering what you said you were going to. Focus on creating a business that speaks to elevated ethics.

You have yet to produce the results that you guaranteed to me within a reasonable timeframe (or at all) in accordance with industry standards, and are failing to perform the work for which you have been paid.

I would be better off finding a YT ads specialist to run ads for me!

Beyond disappointing.

Similar issues for us, except we paid $9800. The funnels were sold as funnels that provide passive income. After the sale, you never hear about that again. They switch you to Facebook, which we NEVER would have done, then to "Opt-ins" which we also NEVER would have done, and finally to "Book an Appointment." In approximately 6 months, we've spent at least $10K in ppc through our Google Ad Campaign in addition to the $9800 and in addition to the initial buy-in and monthly fees, with 1 sales for $1495 during "beta" testing and 1 sale for $1495 from a "booked call."

We are experiences sales people, and if we had sales or booked calls, we'd be killing it, but it's just not working for us, and at this point we're very demoralized because we really needed the revenue they promised.

In addition, they had another program which was for a $50K to $150K line of credit, as long as you had a 720 credit score and under 20% credit utilization. I had both, and I thought that having the credit line would be helpful, so I purchased the credit line package and I was able to get 2 $2K Amex cards, but only because I've been an Amex client since 1986, so they welcomed me back. The payment arrangement for this package was $1000 down, $5800 once I receive my $50K credit line. It's been approximately 3 months, and they have not refunded the $1000 but they have attempted to collect the $5800 multiple times even though they know that this was not the agreement we made, which is in writing.

As you did, I believed in Lucas as he came across as genuine and sincere, and as a result, we're spent $20K so far with virtually nothing to show for it. We've copied the funnel they suggested, which doesn't generate any opt-ins, leads or sales, day after day, week after week, and we've made variations in an attempt to find a combination that will work for us.

Sadly, we're running out of time and at this point we're not sure what to do short of concluding that we're not going to get it to work for us, at which point we're out of options because of all the time, effort, energy and money we've spent.

And to add insult to injury, we can't get anyone to actually speak to us on the phone so we can have a conversation to see if we can brainstorm a solution. One would think that for $20K, Lucas would be able and willing to help us since we trusted him and paid him handsomely.

Growthcave.com is a scam, do NOT BUY into this Garbage. They talk about YT, but in the ends, it’s all about FB paid ads! Absolute garbage. And, keep in mind the course is $9,800USD! Want a refund? Forget it, they won’t reimburse you! [censored]ing little [censored], I wish that little [censored] was in front of me, I would destroy his pretty face with a few elbow in the face, steeling people from their hard earn money, [censored] I wish he was in front of me that little Lucas [censored]

I bought the Digital Freedom System for $8.99 Monthly and the AI Profits Masterclass for $49 and the are garbage, all they want to do is upsell their elite program and the people I have dealt with are arrogant and dismissive. I have gotten no refund even though my modules are locked. Stay away!

It's funny how many losers will write negative reviews just b/c they are too lazy to do the work.

Inside of the Growth Cave community every day there are winners posting their ads and making their first profits. Does everyone in the program make money? 100% no. But does everyone actually put the time/effort/attention that is required to potentially a 6-figure business? Also 100% no.

Do your own research and decide for yourself - I've spent $150k+ on courses & coaching in the last 10 years and can say that nothing has been as good an investment as to working with Growth Cave and their coaching team.

• Mar 18, 2024

The only people who are lazy are the owners of GC.

I'm sure they paid you for this review. They offered to pay me $250 to write fake good reviews, too. (See attachment)

They are not a licensed credit repair company either, and don't protect their client's social security numbers.

If you are a client of Buffalo Bridge, Growth Cave's "credit repair company", be warned: they posted your social security number with everyone else's online via AirTable (see attachment).

I don't care how good you think they are. If anyone reputable finds out you are associated with Growth Cave, you will automatically be dismissed as a scam artist along with them.

JP Morgan Chase Bank and Synchrony Bank won't even do business with them anymore. LOL

Enjoy your MLM scam while it lasts. And if you're using GC's tactics to make money for yourself, you're a just as bad as they are.

Growth Cave is literally the Fyre Festival of businesses. They are a low-level beta sales bait and switch crappy Facebook MLM coaching program, and their AI platform isn't even AI. It's a spreadsheet funnel.

They just haven't gotten around to screwing you over yet. Be patient. It will happen.

Lucas scammed me for $6800 usd with a few Mickey Mouse homemade videos to watch then asked for and 50k usd product upsell. Reply with whatever you want Lucas. Your a sick person and I can’t wait to have you cough up thousands for court that you hate to do because you crush humanity for your own financial gain.

It’s all a lie. I lost 10k . You want to be another victim go ahead and believe all the fake positive reviews you can find. I am taking Lucas to court as we speak. I cannot give him the satisfaction of stealing from me and hundreds of other honest souls out there.

+10

thanks for your honesty, I will not move forward now.

He said in his webinar that it's a 100% money back guarantee. He said he'll process it and I have to do all these things to get it back. I did the first step and he still hasn't responded. I just want my money back

I registered Oct. 1/2021, I paid anticipating it is an easy job which you can do for only 45 minutes a day better than 9-5. When I go over with module 1 & 2, I've realized it is highly the opposite of what Lucas have advertised. The following day Oct.2/21
I claimed for a refund but they just took me for granted in spite of my rights as they
have promised. Nothing has been received since then, Growth Cave is a big scam
and should be reported to authorities. One day he will be scammed as well and will
be even worse. Being greedy doesn't pay good price to anyone.

+14

I am filing a law suit

My case is similar, any update on your situation.

Growth Cave program: $1,500
Growth Cave Elite program: $6,000

Growth Cave program gives you modules and steps on how to get started along with a complete walk-through. It is nothing that has not been said before, but it does make it easy to have all the information in a step-by-step program.

Growth Cave Elite program for $6,000 gives you exclusive access to Lucas and the Growth Cave team along with some additional features. It is a steep price! They stated the average person is getting 7-12 appointments per week based on roughly sending out 500 emails and LinkedIn connections along with using Facebook. They also stated that the average person is getting 5 clients within 45 days of using their Elite program.

My son and I bought into the program to start the digital marketing business and paid for both programs at a cost of $7,500. Not counting the additional cost of programs to run the business. We looked at the initial cost as a way to jump-start the business as we were getting direct access to Lucas and his team. This would give us an advantage in the business and allow us to hit the ground running.

With getting the Growth Cave Elite program we would be getting copy directly for Lucas and the team. We would have access to them for help and support as we needed it. They have provided support and have been mostly responsive to our communications in a timely manner.

We are getting all our copy directly from Growth Cave because we bought into the Elite program. For those who may not know what I mean by copy. Copy is the information within the correspondence. The email body, the LinkedIn and Facebook messages. Growth Cave even supplies us with the copy to follow up with any replies to try and help book those appointments. But we are still well below the average they lead us to believe.

Now here is where things are not seeming to match up. According to Growth Cave the typical open rate on emails should be 50% we are getting less than 30%. The reply rate, which is supposed to help you book the appointments, is supposed to be a 10-20% reply rate, we are getting less than 1%. We are getting the same type of numbers for the LinkedIn and Facebook connections as well. This is well below the average they had stated before we signed up with the Elite program.

We have followed the program directly. We followed their steps completely. Using the copy they have written specifically for us because we bought into the elite program. Also, we have used their feedback to make all adjustments they have suggested with all the communications but still have 0 results.

Now Growth Cave has come back repeatedly and suggested that we have to work on our conversations with potential clients in order to get better results. I would agree with that statement accept there is one BIG glaring issue, we are not getting the replies to any of the communications to even start the conversation. And this is where our issue and problem with this program comes to a peak.

This program is supposed to get you to the point of being able to have a conversation with a potential client. After that, it is on you to make the deal. But this program, especially the elite program, has never given us the reply rate that Growth Cave stated as their average or even close.

We have sent out over 3,000 emails and 3,000 LinkedIn connections and have had 6 replies in total. That is a .001% reply! They state the average reply is between 10-20%. So if the people who are running this program, where we are getting all our copy from and taking all directions from, cannot help us meet the average response rate then what good is the Elite program or the program itself.

Now to be fair, they have been working with us, but I do not think they have been listening to us. If we were getting the reply rate even close to the average and WE were not able to close the client or book the appointment, then I can accept that as the issue. But we are not even getting the reply rate close to the average.

This is less about our ability to close the deal than it is on Growth Caves ability to supply the materials that would help us be successful.

UPDATE:

We closed the business. After 4.5 months and over $8,500 dollars invested, of which $7,500 went to Groth Cave.

RESULTS:
Time: 4.5 Months
Sent 8,562 emails and Linkedin connections.
Open rate on emails was 27.5%. Lucas pitched average is 50% open rate.
Reply rate: .001%. Lucas pitched average rate is 10-20%.
A total of 9 replies: 3 of which asked us to stop emailing them.
ZERO appointments. Lucas blamed our conversation. We never got the reply rate to start the conversation.

CONCLUSION:

Fact: Review the reviews. Every 5-star review on Trustpilot is 1 to 2 sentences with no substance.
(Almost like they are bots)

We feel it is a scam as the results did not even come close to the average and we used Lucas and his team.

File a dispute with your banks/credit cards. Some of us have had success that way in getting their money back. I also know there is at least one lawsuit against GC that was filed in California last week.

I've had to file a police report against them last week, because after one of my credit cards found in my favor against GC and refunded all my money, growth cave illegally tried to re-charge the money on my credit card without my authorization!

Also, their business partners, Buffalo Bridge, are a total SCAM too. They are illegally offering "credit repair" but are not licensed to do so and are not storing their clients' sensitive information on an encrypted site or anything.

They were storing ALL their clients' private information (name, DOB, SSN#, address, etc) on a public spreadsheet on AirTable. Anyone with the link could create a login on Airtable and see hundred's of people's SSN's

I contacted Airtable and they took it down immediately and are now investigating Growth Cave and Buffalo Bridge Capital.

I filed a report with the FTC regarding how they made everyone's SSN#'s public and included the email correspondence about it that I had with AirTable.

The only issue I see with your review is that you percent math is wrong: Your reply rate is 0.1%, not 0.001%. But, still is a tiny fraction of what you were told you should get as replies.

You can also file a case at small claims court which is heard within 30-45 days of the complaint. Amounts considered in small claims court is $10,000 or below for individuals. There are services offered for this, done for you at minimal cost, and others where you pay the filing fee ONLY if you win the case. Good luck, sorry you had to go thru that experience. God bless you, I hope you recoup your losses in other ways.

Report it as FRAUD to FTC (Federal Trade Commission), here is the link: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/assistant,
And here is FTC contact page: https://www.ftc.gov/contact

Not a scam. Have bought 10+ courses in the last 12 months and Growth Cave's was the only legit one. Watch some of Lucas' videos and you can tell he is the real deal.

If you are making money using Growth Cave's tactics, then you are as big a scammer as they are. And you're full of crap. They tried to pay me for a good review as well.

And how did the program work for you? Have any details that can be shared?

Growth Cave advertises their "Iron-Clad 30-Day Money Back Guarantee' on their checkout screen for the Productized Profits program (see screenshot).

If you visit the url that details the refund policy (https://growthcave.com/pps-refund/)- you'll see that the heading is: "Our Iron-Clad Results Guarantee", not "Iron-Clad Money-Back Guarantee".

The refund policy requires proof of several time-consuming action items to prove your efforts in using the program to try to achieve "results". Some of the action items require proof of feedback (from Growth Cave) which delays the users ability to organize the required items into their refund request. The action items are ambiguous (e.g. "show proof of ____") and therefore subject to being denied based on the way they are presented.

They did not offer any partial refund forgiveness ( refund was requested within 1 business day of sign-up) or any reasonable options other than their refund policy requirements which are designed to make people give up on trying to get their money back.

They will only communicate by email. All phone calls to their support line go to voicemail. They do not return any calls regarding refund requests.

Advice to prospective buyers: Make sure it's absolutely right for you before you purchase.

Growth Cave: I will remove this post if you refund my purchase.

Another fake review website probably started some competitor to Lucas to try and tarnish his reputation. If you're in his student group you would know that literally every day people are getting clients and making $$$. Sad to see some people have to resort to low tactics like this to try and take Lucas down.

+5

Your sick . I swear it blows my mind how these people don’t think they will ever be taken to account for their criminal acts. I mean this. May God have mercy on you people.

100 %. Not to mention all the trust pilot reviews that are positive all sound the same and have no real substance… I recognize half the names are his sales team.

Not FAKE review at all - these complaints are legit. Haterz212 - you sound like you are part of their team who benefits from the scammed buyers. Shame on you.

Are you talking about the FB group? Notice how people ask for help, which is legit, but notice there are no people going in to follow up on their success.

Have you bought into the program? What can you share for actual results? Or is this James behind a false account.

These guys say that they offer refunds 100% money back guaranteed “NO QUESTIONS ASKED”. That’s what they say and it cannot be farther from the truth. These guys have been stalling my refund for days now. I’m still within my 30 days and they are doing everything possible to delay it in order to exhaust the days that I’m eligible for it. I would recommend to stay away from these people.

+13

Have you gotten your refund yet?

The other review about Growth Cave here is fake. Look them up on TrustPilot or any other reviews website and you'll see they are legit. Sad to see some people trying to tear down the actual legit gurus in this space who are sharing real knowledge.

+15

Yes, look them up on Trustpilot. Look at all the 5-star reviews that are 1 to 2 sentence reviews where nothing of substance is stated at all.

DO NOT INVEST IN GROWTH CAVE. You will instantly regret it after you realize what is being "sold" is completely useless and a SCAM. Many modules contain content that has been copy & pasted from related articles online. Lucas, the "founder", is a FAKE GURU like many on YouTube. This is a SCAM. He will take your money and run! BEWARE!

+27

question, which product did you "buy" from him, and can you post links to those articles for verification purposes?

Considering we don't sell any products for $5,000, I'm going to guess this is a fake review from a competitor, or you are mistaking us for someone else. If anyone is having problems with the program you can email me at [email protected]
