place order on website then they emailed with tracking number then the according to the tracking number items where delivered never received merchandise. After about 6 or 7 emails back and forth they agreed to refund my money but after 2 months no refund. Now the website does not exist

I paid for these items off of a site on Facebook called grulines. Never received my items. Ive gotten 2 emails from them saying the would keep my posted on the status of my package, as well as refund my expedited shipping cost. I still havent received my refund or the package. Their tracking 3rd party site says my package has been delivered but it hasnt.
