False company. They sell products that don’t exist. Posed as an American company then suddenly after purchase it was all China based. They even managed to create a false shipping tracking info that was updating until today and then the order no longer existed. Thankfully I didn’t spend much. They need to be stopped and prosecuted. .

Your package was delivered directly to the delivery address by the courier we cooperate with.It does not need to be forwarded by your local courier, so you cannot check our parcels on your local courier query website.

We noticed that you are trying to resolve your issue by contacting us over the phone although we have not yet opened a hotline service for your area. But please don't worry as you can ask us any questions you have via email. We promise to respond and handle your problems within 24 hours.
