They were sloppy and worked in a pair. They charged 15 dollars for a service that never existed. Used improper photo as evidence to support their claim but was easily noticeable through some misconceptions. They are robbing people for a service that shouldn't exist in the first place as it violates game integrity code to the game developers.

Brandino is the "hacker" and teddy tried to vouch for him but its just too obvious that they work together.
