I applied for a remote position on Indeed. I received an email requesting that I download the Signal app and reach out to the hiring manager to confirm and interview with his Signal ID. The interview was conducted completely online through the Signal app. I was offered the position with the company and asked for personal protective information. Was told that a check to purchase the required work equipment would be sent to my home address.
