phone call from person in oklahoma who wanted to buy our time share in mexico, he said his attorney would call. we received a call from a senior escrow officer of guarantee federal loan, with address in oklahoma city. his company had done these transactions in mexico before and we would just be financially responsible for the time share fee and annual dues for the past 5 years (approximately $6000) to be wired to a mexican company,and they were holding $65,000 from the buyer in escrow for us.

my google check have indicated that they are not tenants of 101 park avenue in oklahoma city, bbb has no record of them,

A couple from (I believe) Oklahoma City called me interested in a timeshare I have in Mexico. It was not on the market. They were willing to pay an amount and they contacted their escrow person. Paperwork was exchange and I wire transferred money to an account the escrow person provided. Additional conversations continued regarding Mexican sales tax for the timeshare along with other information. The escrow officer indicated the value of the property was higher than the original amount initially agreed upon and therefore, I would be receiving a larger amount. However, escrow officer thought buyers would pay the difference of the sales tax. When the buyers said no, that I had to pay for it, I asked to think about it. The following day (6/1/2016), I decided to not go through with the the transaction and asked for the title company/escrow officer to wire me back the money. He indicated for me to call him when I arrive into the office and he would email me paperwork to cancel and return my money. I have not received the paperwork and the escrow officer will not talk to me. He now talks through his so-called assistant, who now indicates that the sellers are now willing to pay for the difference. I no longer want to continue with this transaction and have continued to ask the office to send me the form needed to cancel this transaction and wire me back the money I sent. I still have yet to see the form or the money wired back to me. The assistant indicated he has contacted the buyers to call me but I have not heard from them either as they indicated they are on vacation and not back until June 16, 2016. (Pls. note this is a short version). I am now in limbo as to whether or not I will ever see my money returned to me. Attached is a general form that was sent
