Kenneth sold me a car. Stated that he will give me a drive out tag later that day. 2 days later I notice the car has the wrong transmission. I call this guy and he says he is at church. Call him back now no answer. He has the packet for the title which I never received. He also stated he would bring a drive out tag. I haven't heard back from him yet. And he did all of this under JESUS!!!
