I applied for loan online and was contacted via email with an attached letter with loan information and contact person/contact number. I was to contact person on letter and discuss loan details. After speaking on phone to verify loan details I was to proceed with loan with a deposit to secure loan and they would proceed to process my loan once this was done. This deposit was to be done via bitcoin purchase. After that was confirmed I was then told I need to purchase insurance for the loan with the same process vis bitcoin. After this I wasn't getting anywhere so I proceeded to ask for a refund and told them I wasn't going to proceed with loan. I was then told I need to send a refund payment to get my refund. Excuse after excuse and haven't gotten anywhere with them. I have been in contact via text message with someone, not even sure of the name (which is probably false as well) In document the contact name was Jerry W***** with a British Columbia area code. I could not find any company contact information. I did write a complaint last month on their "website" but did not receive a response back. I went and filed another complaint on their website again just before writing this.
