They tried to get 990.00 out if me as well, I refused to pay and when I called they were rude and could hardly speak English. I contacted the breeder and they said to hurry and pay the crate fee so I could get the puppy, I now know they were in on the scam I am out a lot of money for a puppy I will never receive

Purchased a puppy for $500 from a "breeder" at dreambordercollies.com that was being very weird and then when the dog was "at the airport" i got a bunch of emails from guarded hands telling me they wont send the dog without the $990 thermal kennel rental. I told them no and demanded my $500 back from the breeder and they are ignoring me now...

We purchased a puppy from https://cavapooden.com/#contact and paid for it via Discovery gift cards and when the time came to ship the puppy we received an email stating that we needed to give https://guardedhandscontinentallogistics.com/my-package?track_code=SXCLPKPYVE $990 for a special crate for the shipping of a 3.3 lb puppy that could fit into a small purse. They said it would be refunded but they also would only take payment through Zelle or Discovery gift cards. When we refused we were told that they would give us a refund for the puppy but of course they didn't send a refund.

Currently trying to get out dog from the courier. They were shipping a puppy and while the breeder seems legitimate so far (working to resolve issues, etc.) This handling service is a total scam. Tried to force us to get their $990 thermal kennel or the result would be a dead puppy. When I called 12 times in a row (after assuming it was a scam) they called me a b[censored] for wanting my puppy to arrive dead and hung up on me. I texted them after saying we would take legal action.

Update: the sellers were part of the scam. We had a family member available to go pick up the dog tomorrow and they insisted it had to be shipped because they already made shipping documents and "how would that make the company feel if we canceled". Big bummer all around. Avoid at all costs, and if someone is using their service then know they are also part of the scam. The first thing that comes up when you Google their name is all the scams! No legitimate breeder would ever use them.

I was also scammed from this website. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THEM. They will ask for $990 for a thermal crate and you will never get the money back then they will try and add on vet bill, anti anxiety meds... it is sickening that they really try to scam. I purchased my dog from (cavapoogarden.com) which they took down the site and are under investigation. the number they have is (520) 477-9680. Do not pay anything. If they ask for payment in a visa card do not pay anything.

Purchased a puppy that seller used Guarded Hands as shipper. I receive shipping tracking number from Guarded stating puppy was in flight. 5 minutes later requesting $990.00 for thermal create $2500.00 for insurance and then $1500.00 for permits

Travel agents companies are responsible for anything animal needs for travel.

This was supposed to be a shipping agent for animals. They tried to "shake me down" for $1250 for a thermal regulated crate in order to deliver a puppy to us from a breeder, shibainuranch (whose website is now suspended due to fraud), promising a cash refund upon delivery. The puppy was never delivered. The phone number is not working.
