Backorders are capped at the 20,000 confirmed masks and over 12,000 are already taken.
I backordered some masks and resolved to wait. There was an immediate email confirming the purchase, but no other contact for a few weeks. On May 8 I contacted the support email and received a reply saying there was a delay with one of the products. I asked if there was a time frame on the delay and got no reply. After another week I emailed again. No reply. After two more emails without reply I figured out the scam.
