They call your business offering to list you in a community guide affiliated with a local real estate broker. This time it was for coldwell banker. They even sent me a copy of last years book which must have been fabricated. it did look legit. I signed up for 2 years for $300 and once I paid, they acted like they are designing the ad then all emails bounce back and the phone numbers don't work. I have tons of emails from many people that "worked" there at the time but all are inactive now.
