I ordered $40 worth of Purell Hand Sanitizer. I never received the item. I paid through paypal. I didn't realize until after I paid, that the money went to a personal e-mail, not a business. The website, where I made the purchase, no longer exists. I believe the name of the scammer is Nguyen Duy Toan.
