My son wanted a Christian hoodie for Christmas and found this website with a hoodie he wanted for Christmas. I ordered it on 12-19-24 and was provided with a confirmation email and tracking #. To this day,01-04-25, we have not received the hoodie and a bogus tracking number from China was provided.

I ordered a shirt from guidingcross.com. never received the shirt. My predictive text always brings up my address when ordering but they changed it from 147 to 144. They told me to ask neighbors and post office to verify. Post office said the tracking number provided has never been in their system. I asked for my shirt or my money and they kept asking the same question over and over. Now they keep repeat sending an email saying they'll check the post office when they are open. They told me this on a Friday when the post office has been open all week.
