There has been no work performed at my house over the past three weeks and my son and I have attempted to contact you via phone, email & text many times over the past month with no responses received.
I even made a personal visit to your home office yesterday on Wed. April 28th and left a message with someone who answered the door for you to contact me. She verified that you would personally communicate the message for you to "contact" me ASAP! I have been more than patient in regards to the repairs to my home. I have been waiting over five months for my upstairs French doors and downstairs sliding doors to come in with no communications from you on when they might be delivered & installed. At the same time I have been waiting almost two months for the estimate to be broken down between my flood and home owner’s insurance and the required work on the back balcony so I can work with my insurance company on the claims adjustment. I still
haven't received any responses from you! If I don’t hear back from you in person or by phone on all updates of my home, no later than the close of business on Monday, May
3rd, I will have to begin the process of sub-contracting the remaining work with the help of my son.
While I realize materials are scarce and juggling labor between jobs is challenging, it is unacceptable to go over a month without any response, without any work being performed or any kind of communications and updates. Aside from materials, there is plenty of work such as the insulation in the attic, railing, painting and other general work that could have either been performed by your crew or sub-contracted out, in order to complete the work.
Please contact me in person or via phone ************** no later than the close of business on Monday, May 3rd so we can hopefully come to some terms and agreement.
