This year, I have gotten a postcard from someone named "Jordin" wishing to buy my home! The first few postcards that I received from this individual looked like a student in middle school! This piece of mail is unsolicited and my home is not for sale! On the previous postcards, Jordin, never mentioned the name of his company and suddenly, in the latest mail, he has a testimonial from a woman in which the company name is FINALLY mentioned! It was a single glowing testimonial, of course!

The company name is Gulf South Home Buyers.

Also, this postcard is better crafted with the melodramatic tagline that reads, "3rd & FINAL NOTICE"!

He always reiterates, "No Cost! No Commissions! No Waiting! No Hassle! Every Situation and Condition Accepted" In the previous postcards, a Slidell Address was given which I googled and it showed a house.
