I went to this individual to prepare and file my taxes. He filed my taxes before our scheduled appointment and with me not present. He then stated I owed him $500 then upped it to $1000. When I asked for an explanation he would not answer and refuses to give me my documents unless he receives payment. He also threatened me in an email.
