So the scam is you order a product. You pay for the product. They then tell you you have to pay additional $200 for a refundable insurance for the product that will be refunded upon delivery. You are out of the money that you paid for the product and will never receive the product. I paid by cryptocurrency so there was no way I could even flag the transaction after the fact.
