Ordered a Walther PPQ. they wanted payment by Zelle which I thought was odd but I did it. They shipped only by Atlantic Shipping who wanted $860.00 refundable when item was delivered. This I did not do. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Funny, the Zelle for the 2 companies were to be sent to the same person. I have been scammed. Help!

I found this website trying to find a gun for sale. None of their products were out of stock, a miracle in today's gun market. I looked at their contact info and saw that it included an address. Looking at the address online, it does not appear to be this website's storefront. Instead, the address is used by a store called J. Betanco Furniture. Looking at the phone area code for the website's contact info, it is an 805 number, but Bell, CA uses area code 323. The other piece of information that does not make sense is on their homepage. It mentions they do home delivery. A gun seller, private or otherwise, cannot deliver guns to a private address. It needs to be delivered to a business in your area that carries a Federal Firearms License (FFL). This way, proper paperwork/background checks can be performed.
