They take you money (suggest using Zelle) and then send you some fake shipping notices and finally you get an email saying the shipper needs insurance money for the TSA to deliver your package. All of it is fake.
The website has a chatline and they tell you to contact the shipper, when pressed they just tell you to get lost.
