A gun was purchased through the website gunsforsalegun.com. A person contacted us with the payment information and answer any questions about the gun we wanted to purchase. We were sent an invoice. A payment of $1419.00 was made through Bank of America Zelle to [email protected]. on 7/31/2023. We were to told that the gun was shipping from the UK and we needed to send 1550 to the shipper that was sent to [email protected] on 8/3/2023, We were told that 1200 would be refunded when the shipment is complete. Then we needed insurance for 899 that was also sent through Bank of America Zelle to deedumay.gmail.com explaining that 500 would be refunded when the gun is received. They gave us a refund code: GSL020823. Correspondence emails came from [email protected] and [email protected] also. This is a site that is scamming people. They are collecting money and never shipping any product. I would like to see the site taken down.

Not sure what my dad was trying to purchase specifically, just that it was a .22 for $499. My dad asked for some help verifying and completing the purchase. The Guy wanted me to send money via PayPal without sending me an invoice first. I sell bath bombs and I can send an invoice, easy peasy. Kept calling me after I had not sent the money. All of the photos of individuals/employees listed on website such as CEO and Marketing Director do not exist, not even a reverse image search brought anything up for these ‘employees’. The ‘business’ email is a Gmail address and they are using a Google voice phone number. He had told my father he had been in business for 20 years, but could not accept Credit Card, have a legit business phone number and be using a gmail email?! How could he possibly be in business that long with hardly the bare minimum? The archives on the website do not go back further than 2021. Found the guy on Instagram and he is 27 years old out of Cameroon, Africa. Many scams originate and operate in Africa, unfortunately.
The person I spoke with was named Scul Nealand or Tah Nealand (used both names at separate time between communication with my father and I) ([email protected])

I reached out on line and found this website appearing to be real. Guns for sale gun. They worked with me on receiving a payment on Venmo. Sent me the money request for $600 for a gun I purchased. Then sent me a separate email from fast freights with a link to track my package.

A few days later they both told me I needed insurance to continue shopping my product or I would be involved with the policy and the tsa… asking for another $400+ and 96% of that would be refunded. I knew that was a lie and they have since stopped emailing me .

So, these guys show great prices to lure u in. Use email gmail no CC’s only Venmo, Cash, etc. They describe process and tracking will follow after payment. This all seemed fishy but legit until the shipper calls and requires insurance to the tune of 480$ of which 461$’s will be reimbursed when package is delivered. They say it’s TSA holding it at state line. No legit contact #’s or email anywhere. Notably, the shipper and the website for sales have the same phone #’s. The 323 # is also the same as the guy that calls for insurance from the carrier yet is also on the sales website. These guys are total thieves!

Had an item priced well under industry average - 1st red flag. Called to verify legitimacy, and it was a Google Voice number - 2nd red flag. Only accepted Zelle, EFT, CashApp, etc - 3rd. Could not find any physical address info about them and when I joined a chat session online with them to inquire about the physical location, they stated it was being renovated and disconnected when I pressed further - 4th, 5th, & 6th red flags.

Yah they are scammers. Sent me a reciept and then asked me to pay. Their address is a residential rental property. Check the business hours. Open till 11:30 pm. Talked to the dude on th e phone. Total phony

Gunsforsalegun.com This a scam site, they will ask zelle or paypal donation payment after the order. Once the payment is processed they will send a confirmation with tracking number from a fake shipping company (Galaxy shipping agency) inquiring an additional payment in the same amount of the item purchased. the item will never be shipped.

I was looking for a Beretta 92X I ran across this site, had a good price, so I bought it. I should have known that this was a scam when they wanted payment by Zella.
