Its a person i who found my profile on styleseat and sent me a text msg saying how they needed a hairstylist for a photoshoot! Called Guru consultants they ask to see a few pictures or you work and you go from there. Long story short dont fall for it because they will say they will be sending you a check and you are to take out your $200 to save your spot and to send the rest of the money via moneygram to some wardrobe stylist whom most llikely will not be in the same place u are.They send a check alright but its a fraudulent check! I dont know exactly what they were trying to pull but thats a giant red flag! They dont ask for much information except a name and address and thats scary enough! Dont fall for it even if they seem legit its not! Luckily i didnt lose any money but me depositing a fraud check makes me look horrible!
