I ordered outdoor Christmas ornaments back in November, I never got them. Exchanged multiple emails, they told me it was a delay due to covid, finally received a package, it was a plastic pair of kid sunglasses, I was told that someone in the warehouse pulled the wrong item. They offered me a discount on a new order, I asked for my money back, I was told to ship them back the glasses and then they would reimburse me. I am still waiting on my money.

I purchased some shower curtain hooks. I wanted to cancel the order. I emailed them and they said they would reimburse me. I never received the money back. Definitely a scam!

SCAM CITY: 12/13/20 Ordered an outdoor christmas inflatable, $55 - finally received a package in the mail -it was a bunch of N95 masks. Received Jan. 2021. The description on the package says Scarf. They are such scammers.

So this is wild.
I just called up my Post Office location to see it the item I ordered from Gusset Vamp had arrived. I told them that it was supposed to be about 10lbs and it was Christmas Decor. I asked them to hold it for me because I thought it would be heavy.

Well, the POST OFFICE called me back and said: Did you order "charging cables"? and I said "No" (thinking wtf is going on?!?). The Postmaster said that I was sent charging cables from China and it had a different price listed on the front of the package.

Well I just paused. Then laughed. I then said "What in the hell is going on? Did I just get scammed?" The Postmaster said to me that this happens a lot from online vendors coming from China. I told her I thought it was a USA company and it had thousand of items on there. Well then I went back to the website and it was GONE, as in VANISHED. The URL was missing and everything.

I called my bank immediately and asked them to investigate the company and to refund me my money back (it cost way more than $20.00). They were just as shocked about what happened. And the website name they used was not the same name listed on my bank transaction. The name they used to process was "DARERW.STORE" and "DARERWSTORE", not GUSSETVAMP.COM.

So to anyone else who has dealt with them, you DID get scammed.
CRAZY TIMES WE LIVE IN. GET YOUR MONEY BACK and eff China!

I ordered a 6.5 ft. prelit Christmas tree the day after Christmas 2020, thinking that I was ordering from a Lafayette, Indiana based company. I'ts NOT. They're in China. I only realized this when I finally recieved my tracking info. They overcharged my debit card above what was on the email order confirmation. The only response I received from them when I reached out to their "complaints" department, via email was that they had sent my order and again provided the tracking number. After almost a full month, I recieved my "shipment" from them and it was a charging cord. Not a Christmas tree, but a $5 charging cord! I am disputing the amount with my bank since I know with certainty I will NOT recieve a refund from this scam of a company. BEWARE!

Ordered something from them and received N95 masks in place of the actual item. They make it seem legit and even give tracking numbers to throw you off thinking they shipped the item you ordered. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE.

Same thing happened to me, ordered a christmas decoration and got masks.

Placed an order in December 2019 for a nut cracker, I emailed them, what’s the status, they kept emailing me it’s in the mail. In January 2020, I received a pair of cheap sunglasses, I emailed them to let them know something’s fishy with their company. I kept emailing them, “Where is my refund” in February 2020, they emailed me and said they would be sending me a refund minus shipping. I emailed them every 2 weeks, they emailed me back stating, it would take time to put in for a refund. I kept emailing them after that, no response. Still haven’t received a refund.

I ordered 2 Christmas trees from the Gussetvamp site. They sent me a tracking number from a China location but instead of my trees, they delivered a small package of cheap face masks. I contacted them via email and told them I wanted a refund. They offered to give me a 60% refund of my purchase only after they received the masks back. I looked into this company and found that this exact thing has happened to many people. I contacted Paypal to see if I could get a refund through the Paypal Resolution Center but they ruled in favor of the seller because Gussetvamp supplied a tracking number. Gussetvamp has this scam down and they have thought of all the angles to protect themselves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They have done this to hundreds of people and it's very difficult to get your money back. After researching scams on line I found that the people who elected to return the items NEVER got their money back and communications ends. BEWARE! I'm out the money with no resolution.

It is 100% a scam. Do not order from this site and it needs to be removed. I purchased two Christmas trees on sale as they were out of season. I ended up receiving a knockoff $40.00 louis vuitton wallet. I lost $120. This site needs to be shut down.

I too was scammed like everyone. I had thought I was purchasing a Christmas sleigh decoration. When I finally received the item it was rayban sunglasses which I took a picture of and sent back asking where my item was. Asked them what do they want with the sunglasses. They said to keep it and they would promptly send out the item. I waited patiently and tracked it only to find that it too was lost. I contacted them and they did the same thing as above. I contacted PayPal and without having all of my info submitted my claim. They came back with a tracking number and that I received my order. I was so mad. So gustavamp said here is $60 credit. I stated I wanted my money back. Then they tried negotiating with me. I said no give me my money. Finally they said they would give me $55 of my $57.26 back as they had fees or something. I agreed. Never saw it. Contacted PayPal and showed them all of the correspondence and was finally approved for my refund.

I didn't learn the 1st time. Ordered tree, received fake Louis Vuitton wallet. Was then told tree was being shipped. Tracked all the way to my town and then tracking said package was lost. I had used credit card and my account was credited.
Then stupid me ordered 2 trees only to receive one pair of fake RayBan Sunglasses.
Used PayPal this time and wonderering if I get my money back. I'm contacting my congressman to see if there is a federal agency that can look into this.

Like others here, I also ordered a Christmas tree in January and received a crappy cheap bracelet. I contacted them and they asked for a picture, and they said item was lost during shipping. It was a fake tracking process and confirmation. They then sent other websites to purchase products as replacement. Scam

Like many with this company, I ordered a Christmas tree in January and received a cheap bracelet. I contacted them and they asked for a picture, and they said item was lost during shipping. Then they said they shipped it again in February because it was Chinese New Year in January and they couldn’t get to it. It was a fake tracking process and confirmation. They then sent other websites later saying they would get me a $65 coupon for the amount of the tree if I purchased from these new websites, to buy other products as replacement. Other websites they gave me:

Same scam as others, ordered Christmas items in January, received fake Ray Bans, they claimed they sent another shipment even giving new tracking (bogus). new tracking indicated item was lost, after much haggling over return amount I agreed to a lesser amount that was never sent! Total scammers , STAY AWAY from this and their associated websites.

Omg! I can’t believe I got scammed by these [censored]. I ordered a Christmas Tree back in February and received fake Ray Bans just Like these other people. We went back and forth with emails until they finally agreed to give me a refund. I still have not received anything. Total piece of [censored] scammers. I’m going to report this company to “trading standards “.

Before I made a purchase of Christmas items, I checked to see where the company was from and they gave an address in Indiana. Receiving a verification of purchase from PayPal, PayPal had the company listed as non US. I immediately checked Google maps and found there is no company or address. Looking online there are numerous complaints from people purchasing Christmas trees and being scammed by Gussetvamp.I contacted PayPal and they said that since I made the purchase - case closed. I used PP, just so I thought I would be protected and now PP will not except any contact from me.

I used PayPal and received my refund. I would talk to a customer service person. At first I was denied and then I showed all of my email correspondence and was promptly issued a refund.
