I ordered a 6 foot Christmas tree for $53 in early January 2020. It is now April 4th and purchase not resolved. They shipped me a cheap bracelet. I reported the error and have many laughable emails (Oh sorry, that bracelet has been so popular lately, are you sure you don't want it) And the most recent: Hi,

We spend a lot of international shipping costs on shipping products and a lot of losses due to lost products

How about we refund $35 to you for a part of the products cost & shiping fee

Anyway, if you internet complaints about them, you will find similar stories. I think their scam is to sell you something and ship you wrong, cheap item and hope you give up trying. I believe they are China, but try to act like they are in the US. They also emailed me "clearly forged tracking info that said the tree was on its way"
