This website purported to offer a 10% discount on Honda eu2200i generators at a price of $899 each. I ordered two and paid through PayPal. I immediately received an email from [email protected] indicating my order was received and I would be updated once shipped. Within a day or so PayPal emailed me with "More details on your shipment" which included detailed order information and tracking information for UPS. The detailed order information indicated I was receiving the product from Seller: [email protected] which I thought was strange since I had purchased directly from the Gymblix Electric Generators website.

The long and the short is that the delivery never arrived. I emailed both [email protected] and [email protected] with no response. I also tried the "contact us" link for customer support (24/7) at the number provided on www.gymblix.store which went to a generic mail box with no identity. There are also two different physical addresses for the company on their website. Avoid this merchant as I do not believe it is a valid business. The good news is that I paid with PayPal and I was fully refunded my money within a few days.
