Ordered a bouquet of flowers from H.bloom who advertise such beautiful bouquets when received the flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered from the website. The flowers that were delivered came from a local florist with 2 stars on yelp. I made a complaint the them and they would not answer my phone calls or emails. So I went on their instagram to look for help. I saw other people commenting that they had the same problem. Those comments were deleted from the company. I eventually got in contact with someone and they refunded me only half of what I paid. This company is falsely advertising their flowers. They pick a local florist closest to the destination and send flowers from there that look nothing like what you order on their website
