I found the website off of Walmart.com. Ordered 2 products for my children for Christmas. Used a pay pal acct to pat the balance and stated it was shipped. After tracking the packages for a number of days I emailed the hd-deals and they stated due to a back up in the distributors warehouse they package would be a few days late. After an other 4 days had passed I tracked my packages which said it had gone to the local post office. I contacted the post office which instructed me that there was no package and they had not heard of the delivery carrier USN Post. I have tried to contact both of the companies and can not get anyone on the phone. They have however sent me an email stating that my packages were delivered on Jan 1st by the postal carrier at the United States Post office. However the local post office states no packages available.
