I received a postcard in the US Mail 05-04-20 it is yellow and red and black print and the red no date noted. The card indicates the mortgage exact closing date of property purchased in another state, and a mortgage id#*******. At the top of the card it notes: "Important Notice Immediate Response Needed." In the right top corner it notes presorted US Mail Postage paid Dayton Beach, FL Permit # 447. No business name listed, the card was addressed to me, at current address. In the right bottom corner of the card in black "All information provided by H.W.C, 888-982-0853." Then it says "Not affiliated with, sponsored by, Loan Information not provided by your current lenders" (located in the lower right corner of the card in small letters). Where the postage stamp goes it just has a number 71320-934
