I paid this person name Ha Huu Le through Zelle and his phone# 2063480884 amount of $2800.00 to fixed some parts of my roof and did the roof treatment. After he had done fixing of what I asking for on 06/ 12/2024, I found another leak somewhere else on my roof (that was never been leaking before) after heavy raining on the weekend because I found some water stain on my ceiling. I called him on Monday, 06/17/2024 to see if I could stop by to take a look. He told me that he will come by on Wednesday 06/19/2024 after 3:00 pm. I was waiting for him all day after I got off work and at home at 3:00pm. He didn't show up or called me anything. Then I text him around 7:22 PM at the same day to let him know that I was waiting for him. He didn't read my text until Thursday 06/20/2024 at 8:04 pm and he texted me and said he was sorry because he hurt his back. Then he said he will come by on Friday 06/21/2024 evening. Again. on Friday, he didn't show up or text me to let me know that he will come by my house or not. On Saturday around 7:47 PM someone else called me on his phone# and leave me a voice mail said he was very busy because one of his co-worker had to go to emergency due to water in his lung. I didn't picked up phone or call him back because I think he is playing me. He fixed some small parts of my roof and he created another problem. When I caught him, he pretended that he was busy and sick. It is a scam and I want to warn other people if want to hire him to work around your house.

I want to report a person name Ha Huu Le and his phone# is 206-348-0884. I know him through friends that Le knows how to work around the house and do roof repair. Le came and estimated some small of my roof that needed to be fixed and did the roof treatment. Le had done fixing my roof at Jun 12, 2024. I paid him all off of amount $ 2800.00 through Zell. On Jun 15 and 16, 2024 after a heavy raining, I found another issue on my roof. I spotted some fresh water stains on my ceiling inside the room. I texted him at Jun 17, 2024 and let him know that I found some leaking on my roof. He told me that he will come by and take a look on Jun 19, 2024 after 3:00 PM. I was waiting for him after I got off work and home at 3:00 PM. Instead, Le never showed up or called to let me know he was not available. I texted him at the same day around 7:22 pm to let him know that I was waiting. He answered me until Jun 20, 2024 at 8:04 PM and said he was sorry because he hurt his back, but he will come by at Jun 21, 2024 at evening. There was on Friday and he didn’t show up or let me know anything. On Saturday, Jun 22, 2024 at 7:48 pm someone name Eric Le calling me from this phone number and leave a voicemail said he was very busy because his co-worker has water in his lungs and he had to take him to emergency. I think he is playing me. He created another issue on my roof, so I will pay him again to fix of what he’s done. But I caught him so early after a few days. Now I make an appointment with Guardian roofing come to take a look tomorrow on Jun 25, 2024. All I would like you to do is to investigate Ha Hu Le and he has to pay me some money back of what he did not take responsibility.
