I spoke to this individual over the phone about grass cutting. We arrived at a contract via text. He was suppose to cut the grass 2 times a month. I contacted him May 16 and he charged me 289 plus tax. He only cut the grass 3 times. He also took an additional 60 to cut branches and put poison, and done other funds to get rid of squirrels on the roof and put a net to keep them away. Never completed. I keep calling and none answers. Then he hold me head away. Now the number no longer works
