I have two unexplained charges on my bank account. One for $27.71 to cashpmt.com and another for $19.95 to hacbiz.com with a foreign transaction fee. I have no idea what these charges are. Hacbiz.com has a phone number of 877-441-1713 and when I called they said they were a customer service center for many different companies and would need my credit card number to cancel my account (what account I don't know because I never signed up for anything) OR they could do a 3 way call with my bank. They wouldn't tell me anything else and were quite rude. I can't find anything on the internet about either websites and am quite nervous and not sure what to do other than cancel my debit card.
