Romel Marin interjected on a post on Tik Tok. He claimed he could retrieve deleted information on cell phones. I inquired via Instagram, and he responded. I have the conversation saved. He promised me the information I requested, and pushed for payment. I hesitated, bc he rqsted that I send via friends on Paypal, rather than Business. (quicker he said) He said the payment would be $150.00, and I would receive my requested report. I didn't receive anything. He claims I received a link that required an additional $120.00 to activate. He never mentions that in our Instagram messages. He misrepresented himself, esp as a Meta licensed employee/hacker. I was very detailed and specific with my requests. However, he manipulated and scammed me. He even said he would refund my money, when I became upset with him. Yet, I haven't received any reimbursement. Please look into his accounts, his services, and terminate his ability to do this ever again. Social Media platforms have been notified, however, they are still allowing his accounts.
