I was looking for contractors to handle my basement renovation because my father * *** *** *** *** ***, will be coming to stay with me soon. So him and I together with our finances were looking for contractors. I located Haddington Contractors on Thumbtack, a service I use all the time. These people ( William Small and Cheyenne Simms) both came to my home a scammed me and my father. They came for initial payment and then another payment once demo was done. After last payment I have not seen or heard from Mr Smalls or Ms. Simms, who now works for Vaughan Buckley Contractors and possibly scamming them as well. They came and knocked down walls, broke up floors and removed all foundation. I have debris all in my basement, steps are not sturdy now due to removal of foundation and these people ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Now we are stuck with a basement and no means of having it complete. I have three small children, 11, 12 and 5 along with my father shortly. Now we have to find other accommodations since Haddington Contractors demolished our basement and NEVER Returned. I have contacted Thumbtack and made them aware they tried communicating with them with NO luck.. I have since filed a report with the Attorney General office in Philadelphia. I just want my dad to get his money back.
