Type of a scam Government Agency Imposter
When I clicked the link, it looked like I was forwarded to a USPS website. It said USPS Tracking. Gave this Tracking Number: US9514961195221. Says "we have issues with your shipping address. USPS Allows you to Redeliver your package to your address in case of delivery failure or any other case. You can also track the package at any time, from shipment to delivery." It then asked to to confirm my address, email and phone. I did this and hit next. Then it asked me for Credit card information to charge $3.00. They said it was the redelivery charge. This was the red flag that made me stop. I took it to the post office and they confirmed it was a scam. The site has the USPS eagle, blue and red font, the whole nine yards. Looks very official. I have a rural address and at first thought someone may have mailed me something with inadequate postage. And since you can do so much USPS business online, I fell for it, momentarily.
