I purchased a personalized item that was advertised to ship within two weeks however today I have not received it. The order was made on November 29 and I have spent the last two weeks trying to contact this company to find out if my item would be received by Christmas. The phone number they provide is not a working number and they have not responded to any of the messages I have sent through their Facebook page private messenger or email. The item was not received by Christmas and I would like my money back.
