This business conducts themselves unprofessionally and rude. A Friend had given a deposit to book an appointment for a hair extensions. since the owner was having an attitude when my friend mentioned the number did not match ( the same one) as previously use to send deposit via zelle. My friend ended up sending the money via zelle to the new number that was given but did not feel comfortable after and requested her money back and wanted to cancel appointment. The owner then said she would not give her the money back ,
