The scammer directed me to text her number to make a hair appointment. Following that after asking what style I wanted, before sending any instructions, she directed me to send her a $52 deposit. Afterwards, she didn’t send any information regarding the appointment. Then she had her “assistant” text me that she was going to be out of office and that she was sending me an email. We then had a discussion that I was going to bring my own braiding hair supplies, therefore I didn’t have to “send a picture of my real hair.” One day before the appointment, she said my appointment was canceled and when I asked her why, she did not respond. She didn’t respond to my text until I said I was reporting her for scamming.

Armyra Lyons IG Theblackgirlcollection was promoting a $65 wig special for November. I booked the appointment on November 20,2023 for service on November 25,2023 at 9:00. The night before I received this text “This is Myra from theblackgirlcollection confirming your hair appointment 9am location : 3324 valley brook pl Decatur ga 30033 please come washed & blowed out if your wig is used please wash it & remove any glue , $20 late fee applied after 10mins thanks for booking theblackgirlcollection !??“. Arrived around 8:50 but could not locate the apt texted her and was given correct address at 9:11 “Building 14 door 3333 3rd floor 2 stair case ” once at her door she advised the price is $125 because she’s not doing the special anymore. Even though when I book I booked for $65 in which was active and live on her page. She is scamming ppl out of their deposit and pulling a switch and bait. False advertisement

I am a person with disabilities and I would never pay for a monthly subscription to anything to do with a hair product for $19.99 a month. This is on social media and says that it’s a free app and it is not I have just now discovered they’ve been charging my card ever since April and I don’t even know how to use the app.

I have made photos of the ad for this company and they say that everything is free just to even look at photos of hairstyles they try to charge you
