They had a booth at a fitness convention, he demons how the product worked on my hair and made it seem like I could come down to his salon if I had any issues with it but he never told me where his salon was located and he described the product as having an automatic 15 min shut off and that the bristles of their styling comb don’t get hot so my 9 year old daughter would be able to use it and it had a 5 year warranty. When I got home and tried out the product it got so hot I couldn’t touch the bristles and smelled like burning plastic, it also did not shut off after 15 min. I checked the website and it also states the bristles don’t get hot and it has an auto shut off, I tried to contact the company by the website i got from the QR code on the box but the phone number only gives me a voicemail box and I have tried multiple times during business hours and no one answers any of my emails I have sent to their direct email as well as the contact us message on their website.
