Charges were posted from staylay online and Star Markets Online. Both with the same partial phone number. ( 888-x0614 AL)
Fortunately, my bank had the whole phone number. When I called, I was told they were a third-party provider and that I had subscribed to *unlimited* ebook downloads. For $48.79 a month? They offered to refund $24.95 and I told them hogwash! I wasn't paying for something I didn't order and I was disputing the charge. Then they said the entire amount would be refunded, which it was.
